What is my vocal range?

I'm 17 years old, and I sing as a tenor in my school choir, though I'm sort of unsure due to the high notes I hear in pop music. My overall range is from F2 to D5, my break occurs at F4 (I can get F#4 if I grab my nuts and sail it over the moon on some vowels), and from there I have to take it in to my mixed voice. My falsetto takes over at G#4. I feel most comfortable at A3 - C4, leading me to believe that I am a high baritone. I always wanted to be a high tenor, though I know this isn't possible, so I will likely train to blend my voices in the future.
