3 people sick for almost 3 weeks?

You should get better medicine.Sometimes it takes a while to get better because this happened to me before but it went away for 2 days and kept coming back for about 3 weeks. It might be also because you guys all have different kinds of sicknesses and you are giving it back to eachother. Go to the doctor again and see what he says. Hope I could help!
