Why do some library systems only have books critical of Intelligent design?

The Orange - Ramopa system only has books like "The Republican War on Science" with an Eliphant moning the reader and no modern books on intelligent design or creation science although there are a plethora on the market. Suny Orange the local college likewise has only books critical on a creation worldview although it represents close to half the people in the county. Typically 45% of americans have a creationary view, 45% have a theistic evolutionary view and only 10% or less would have a view of someone like a Richark Dawkins or a Hillary Clinton who can't see God;s hand at work in creation and feels creation should not be acedemically discussed.
