How do u get hiv from ?

PLEASE ANSWER. My friend gave her boyfriend oral but she said something about he didn't c*m in her mouth (thank God) & from what I know this can be transmitted through body fluids. Please say this is tru because I need to learn up on this more anyway. Please be specific. Thank u!
