How do i no if my friends gay?

we were in my basement and he said it was cold and snuggled next to me and then he said that he likes old black and white movies.i didnt say anyting and we just went to bed then the next morning i woke up but he was already up and looking at me and he said that i looked like a f@g when i slept. i told him nuh uh. then we played hockey and he didnt do anything the rest of the sleepover. now idk if he is gay or if i am gay. if he is trying to be gay with me does that make me gay? i dont no much about gay ppl but i do kinda like that song by adam lambert but if you tell anybody i do then i will say nuh uh
