Steven 'Tyson' Gerrard; will Marcus McGee employ a solicitor to overturn the case?

It is said Marcus McGee is a 'businessman', perhaps if he has a case for private prosecution, then he should go for it. Looks like Gerrard's celebrations over the score over Newcastle went over the edge, and I bet McGee wanted 'some of that', and did a bit of winding up himself.
