What are my chances? colleges?

i have a 3.6 gpa, but with improvement from freshman: 2.5 sopre 1st semester: 2.9, 2nd: 3.7 Junior 1st: 3.8 junior 2nd: 4.0. i have taken math and science all years with ap/h science cles/ doubling up on science junior year total=5 years of science, 3 years of Spanish. 1730 sat score, with improvement chances considering i took 4 psat's and scored higher on all of them. anyway what are my chances for santa barbara, santa cruz, san diego state, and irvine? thnx
