Plz....serious answers...plzzzzz`?

hey, i am 16.5 and i ahavent been se**ally active...i wanted to ask that i had 4 small, very small hole like things, at the junction of foreskin and glans....sometimes, a yellow fluid comes out of it....i had seen a doctor, and was told that it was an infection, due to improper cleaning..i didnt know then that the foreskin can be pulled back so much....i was 10...so, even now, most small holes healed by an anti-infection cream...but 1or 2 remain...shud i apply it again...??i had actually not healed all of them earlier....what do i do??/
