How do you deal with statutory allegations?

Recently my best friends father admitted to sleeping with her younger sisters best friend. The whole family (which is also very close to mine) is distraught. What is the best advice I can give my friends and her family during this whole ordeal? No charges have been pressed-Yet. And I feel that since Ive never been through it myself I can only listen and be a sholder to cry on. At the same time, my friend is constantly blaming the girl..I disagree simply for the fact that it definately takes two but I know better than to express my opinion about that..whats a good way to help her out without stepping on toes?
