I want to speak Bern-Deutsch?

Hi, please i need to help. When i speak normall deutsch i suck... :( I go to Switzerland for 2 weeks and i need to speak little bit Bern-deutsch... I know i speak Czech, English, Norwegian, little Bit finnish but not too many people speak in one little city english... and i cannot find the site where the people can learn fast Bern-Deutsch... so please HELP ME!
