What could be a cause of the pre milk in humans called colostrum to be tainted with blood?

I am about 8 months pregnant and my have started to leak the pre-milk substance called colostrum. I have recently discovered that the milk is tainted with blood. Will this mean that I will not be able to feed or that I have a disease or infection?
