Teens probably won't know the answer...?

There was a cartoon special that only came on t.v. once or twice. I think it was late 80s, early 90s. It seemed to be done in Bugs Bunny style. Had some silly songs and one great moment where Noah sings 23rd Psalm. The alligator and raven are the "bad guys". I can't find this incarnation on dvd or video ANYWHERE. If anybody has any shred of helpful info, I'd be eternally grateful. :-)
