N.Y.S. trooper ticketed me for doing 90 mph. On the ticket it said speed verified by radar (stalker dual) .?

I know that I wasnt doing 90 mph. My cruise control was set at 65 mph. and my radar dector did not go off, until he came after me. also my disel truck can not do 90 mph. and on top of that I have 4 bad fuel injectors. I do not know what to do,and how to do it. Fight the ticket. yes I must. The county were I was ticketed is 2 hours from home.This I do not understand why My radar dector did not go off, until he came after me then it was going crazy. I can not beleive this sitituation I am know in. I need some smart techicnical answer's to this sitituation. should I get a mechanics input on the injecters?
