Johns Hopkins University. Transfer options?

I'm sure I am probably dreaming, but I figured it was worth a shot to ask. I currently attend a community college as a sopre student. I am looking to transfer by the end of this year to start somewhere next fall. I have put together a long list of schools I am considering applying for, but Johns Hopkins would certainly be my first choice. How difficult is it to transfer to JHU? (especially from a community college?) I have a 3.8 GPA, I'm a Phi Theta Kappa member, just started up my own "neuroscience club" at the college, and I'm a student ambador for my school. Given my GPA and extra curricular activities, what would be the expected outcome of me applying? What more should I try and accomplish before applying? All help is appreciated.
